FROM SERBIA TO THE WORLD Paduri per Premio Moda®

Paduri per Premio Moda® was born from the desire to open the door to the international fashion scene for contemporary designers from Serbia and provide them with the opportunity to showcase their work beyond our borders.

The first edition of the project, realized in collaboration with the Italian Premio Moda®, brought together nine designers from Serbia in Matera, at the 15th edition of the Premio Moda® Città dei Sassi event. This marked the beginning of a significant collaboration between the Serbian and Italian fashion scenes, as well as the creation of a platform that extends far beyond the scope of a single competition.

From the initial call and national selection to the presentation in Matera, and onward to a new chapter bringing Premio Moda® to Serbia in 2027, the project continues to open up space for encounters, the exchange of experiences, and new opportunities for Serbian designers.

In this presentation, we bring an overview of the project's origins, its first edition, and the direction of its future development.
