PADURI Hub is an international platform dedicated to the development of fashion designers and creative brands looking to present their collections to the European market. It was born as a fusion of Italian fashion industry expertise and authentic local craftsmanship, with the goal of providing local designers with knowledge, mentorship, and concrete opportunities for international showcase.
Through education, mentorship, and direct connections with European partners, PADURI Hub helps designers develop their collections, enhance their brands, and prepare for expansion into foreign markets.

Incubator Program
A program designed for designers who want to develop their collection, elevate their brand, and prepare for the international market.
Throughout the program, participants undergo individual mentorship sessions covering:
•product development
•design development
•collection development
•branding
•merchandising
•market positioning
•business strategy
•preparation for export and international markets
Accelerator program
A program aimed at designers who are ready for international exposure.
PADURI Hub develops collaborations with partners from Italy and other European countries.
Through partnerships such as Premio Moda®, alongside new initiatives involving international educational institutions and fashion organizations and showrooms, program participants gain opportunities to present their work to a European audience.
It includes opportunities to participate in:
•trunk show events
•international presentations
•trade fairs
•B2B meetings with buyers
•connections with concept stores and partners across Europe
Designers can join the Accelerator after successfully completing the Incubator program or directly through a selection processMentors
Milica Bainović-Jović
Founder of Paduri Studio and fashion designer. She graduated from the IED Istituto Europeo di Design in Milan. She is the recipient of multiple fashion design awards, and her work explores the combination of natural materials, handmade techniques, and contemporary design.
Farah Liz Pallaro
International mentor, consultant, and educator with decades of experience in the fashion industry. She graduated in Fashion Design from Central Saint Martins in London and has worked for years with leading international fashion brands in brand development, merchandising, and business strategies.
A Lasting Collaboration
PADURI Hub is the result of years of collaboration between Milica Bainović-Jović and Farah Liz Pallaro.
They met back in 2010 during Milica's studies in Milan, where Farah was her professor. What started as a professor-student relationship evolved into a long-standing mentorship built on shared values, trust, and a desire to pass on their acquired knowledge to new generations of designers.
